Chromatic Atmosphere

Visual Proposal for a Private Apartment

This project was a delicate and inspiring exercise in the emotional power of color.

In collaboration with BC Studio, I worked as a render artist to translate a carefully curated palette into visualizations that could communicate not just the appearance, but the atmosphere of each space within a private home in Copenhagen.

Each area was designed with its own identity, yet in dialogue with the whole. A soft, desaturated yellow wraps the living room in warmth and understated optimism—like gentle sunlight throughout the day. The dining area, in a warm taupe, evokes calm, intimacy, and a grounded elegance. The kitchen, hallway, and a room later turned into a home office were united by a pastel green: fresh, light, and quietly energizing, offering continuity and serenity across the spaces.

My contribution focused on rendering these chromatic moods with care and precision, turning color into experience. This project reminded me how even the simplest design choice — like the color of a wall — can shape the way we feel, move, and live in a space. It’s this kind of nuance that makes me fall in love with interior design, again and again.
